We hold contact details, First Name, Last Name and email where relevant, to be able to send information to residents. We also classify whether they live in Burpham, Wepham, or Warningcamp.
Additional contact details, such as phone number or postal address, may be used, for instance to put 'officials' or society organizers , such as Hall Bookings manager, on the website. We will seek permission to do so. Occasionally we may publicize contact details in Meeting Minutes, which are a matter of public record. Again, we will seek permission to do so.
We may obtain bank details, contact details and event dates from customers who book the Village Hall when they complete our paper booking form. We hold supplier booking forms for our local fete.
